Tile & Grout Restoration Technician
**Earning Potential: $60,000–$90,000+ | Commission-Based Compensation**
The Grout Medic of Albuquerque is looking for a motivated, dependable Tile & Grout Restoration Technician who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to be rewarded for strong performance.
This is primarily an independent, customer-facing role. Some larger projects may be completed as a team, but most technicians will manage their own jobs and represent the company directly in customers' homes.
Customer Service Matters
Technical ability is important, but this is also a customer-facing position.
Our technicians are the face of The Grout Medic in our customers' homes. We expect:

What You'll Do
* Tile and grout cleaning
* Grout color sealing and repair
* Regrouting and caulking
* Minor tile removal and replacement
* Shower and bathroom restoration
* Sealing tile, grout, and natural stone
* Minor demolition and repair work
* Documenting jobs, photos, and customer communication through company software
* Maintaining a clean, professional jobsite

This is a commission-based position with expected earning potential of $60,000–$90,000+ per year, depending on productivity, quality, and performance.

* Ability to kneel, bend, stand, and work on floors for extended periods
* Comfortable using mobile apps, email, and company software
* Primarily available Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with occasional weekend or after-hours work as needed
