Chief Engineer - Las Vegas, NV
Beasley Media Group
Beasley Media Group is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead our engineering operations in the vibrant Las Vegas market. This is a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art broadcast facility while enjoying everything Las Vegas has to offer. Our cluster includes five FM stations, and we're looking for a driven, forward-thinking leader to oversee technical excellence across all operations.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage all engineering operations for a multi-station radio cluster
  • Oversee maintenance and performance of studio and transmitter facilities
  • Plan and execute capital improvement projects and technical upgrades
  • Ensure full compliance with FCC rules and regulations
  • Partner with market leadership to communicate technical needs and solutions
  • Provide on-call and after-hours technical support as needed
  • Troubleshoot RF systems and broadcast infrastructure issues
  • Support end users with IT/helpdesk needs across systems and networks
What You Bring
  • Extensive experience in radio and/or television engineering
  • Strong expertise in RF systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Proven experience with studio operations, network syndication, and broadcast systems
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts and infrastructure
  • Experience with WideOrbit Radio Automation (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate, and manage projects effectively
  • SBE Certification (a plus)
  • Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
