Senior Client Partner - Media & Entertainment | IT Managed Services
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Senior Client Partner to lead and expand our Media & Entertainment vertical across the Los Angeles and Southern California region. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader and client advisor with a strong background in enterprise IT managed services, and a proven ability to build executive relationships with top-tier media clients.
This position requires a seasoned professional who can drive business growth across multiple service lines - including Cloud & Infrastructure Services, AI & Automation, Application Services, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Digital Product Engineering - while ensuring client satisfaction, innovation, and long-term partnership value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth Leadership: Develop and execute a sales strategy for key Media & Entertainment accounts, driving revenue growth across enterprise technology and managed services offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT, business, and C-suite executives at leading media companies, providing outcome-based solutions and insights.
  • Sales Execution: Lead complex enterprise sales pursuits, manage full sales cycles, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets ($10M-$15M portfolio).
  • Account Expansion: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and penetrate greenfield clients to expand the organization's market footprint.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Service Delivery, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Leadership to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Contract & Negotiation: Manage high-value negotiations, develop account plans, and build multi-year partnership models.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events and forums, showcasing deep expertise in Media & Entertainment technology ecosystems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, account management, or client partnerships within IT services or technology consulting.
  • 5+ years focused on the Media & Entertainment industry, with successful client relationships across companies like Netflix, Disney, Fox, Warner Bros, NBC Universal, or similar enterprises.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar portfolios ($10M-$15M) in IT managed services or digital transformation engagements.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Services, Infrastructure Management, Application Development, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AI/Automation, and Digital Workplace Services.
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, growth, and strategic client outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Based in Los Angeles with active industry networks and ability to work in a hybrid model (onsite and remote).
  • No job hoppers. Stable career history preferred.
