Marketing & Business Development Specialist for D-POM, LLC/PGIC, Inc.

We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Marketing & Business Development Specialist who is passionate about making connections, building strategic partnerships, and helping our organization expand its impact.

Position Summary

The Marketing & Business Development Specialist will lead efforts to promote D-POM, LLC/PGIC, Inc.'s services, strengthen referral relationships, identify growth opportunities, and enhance visibility throughout the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase referrals and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community agencies, schools, and other potential referral sources.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Manage social media presence and promotional content (when applicable).
  • Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent D-POM, LLC/PGIC, Inc. at networking and community events (when applicable).
  • Track outreach, referrals, and marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 2 years of marketing, outreach, business development, or sales experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
