This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. Our telehealth facility is designed to support a seamless interaction between therapists and clients through video conferencing and secure messaging. Our digital operational tools include the Simple Practice platform, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards while effectively managing appointments and documentation.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand client needs and mental health history.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique goals and therapeutic objectives.
• Deliver psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Maintain accurate and updated client records within our telehealth system, adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in regular supervision and consultation with our team to enhance therapeutic approaches and clinical skills.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and benefit from weekly support groups designed for counselors.
• Manage scheduling and follow-up with clients to ensure consistent therapeutic engagement.

In this role, you will work with a varied clientele, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes providing support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys and achieve positive outcomes through dedicated and personalized care.

• A valid license in one of the following areas: LMFT, LPC, LCSW.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• Strong foundation in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and document client interactions.
• Comfortable conducting virtual appointments and familiar with telehealth best practices.
• Proficiency with digital platforms, specifically for managing therapy sessions and client communication.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Background in providing psychotherapy to diverse populations, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with integrated care approaches involving multidisciplinary teams.
