Description – Your Daily Contributions

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory analyses—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, address discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Document procedures comprehensively, mentor new staff or students, and ensure adherence to quality standards in the lab.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean working environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Scientist certification within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
