• Develop and implement standardized work practices and continuous improvement programs.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive projects that improve yield, reduce scrap, and enhance productivity.
Production Planning and Documentation:
• Design and implement production workflows and process improvements aligned with customer demand and operational capacity.
• Develop, maintain, and standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and product specification requirements.
Training and Employee Development:
• Train production personnel on new processes, equipment operation, manufacturing practices and safety procedures to ensure consistent execution and knowledge retention.
• Support employee development through hands-on coaching and process-related training initiatives.
• Track training effectiveness and maintain associated documentation.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5–8 years of process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
