Familiarity with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and sometimes specialized certifications like ASE for automotive or OSHA for safety are commonly required. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and strong communication skills help individuals excel in diagnosing issues and working with teams. These skills ensure efficient equipment maintenance, minimize downtime, and maintain safety standards in technical environments.
