**This location is in Kaukauna, WI, relocation, or daily commute required.**

Shift: 2nd (5:00 PM - 3:05 AM, Monday โ€“ Wednesday & 4 PM Thursday- 2:05 AM Friday, 10 hours)

Job description:

Reports to: QC Manager

General Purpose of the Job:

Assist in achieving satisfactory performance in the fabrication of piping, piping assemblies, pressure?vessels, tanks, supports, modules, and structural steel weldments. Ideal candidates would have quality?control experience?in manufacturing or fabrication.?CWI or Level II certifications in VT, PT?or MT is ideal but not required. Must provide verification of certification (Team also encourages applicants with no QC experience to apply as we are willing to train employees who are willing to learn.)

Summary of Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Read and understand blueprints and specifications

  • Conduct visual inspections

  • Conduct other QC operations in compliance with customer specifications

  • Monitor/observe operations to ensure compliance of production specifications

  • Perform, monitor, and record test data

  • Prepare test reports

  • Identify and record any product quality problems

  • Report inspection results to QC Manager?

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Minimum education requirement of High School graduate or equivalent

  • Excellent?documentation skills?

  • Attention to detail/thoroughness/neatness

  • Ability to read a ruler
