As an R&D Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for;

  • Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems to meet product performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability requirements.
  • Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation using CAD software.
  • Lead and support product development activities from concept generation through prototype development, testing, and product launch.
  • Develop and execute engineering test plans, analyze results, and provide recommendations for design improvements.Conduct feasibility studies, design analyses, and failure investigations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, regulatory, and product management.
  • Support design reviews, risk assessments, and engineering change processes.
  • Maintain project schedules and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in a product development or R&D environment.
  • Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or Autodesk Inventor.
  • Experience designing mechanical systems, assemblies, and components for production.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including mechanics, materials, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience developing and testing prototypes.

Location: On-site daily in Bartlesville, OK

Salary Range: $100K-$140K
