You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and project stakeholders to develop high-performance building systems while ensuring quality, compliance, and technical excellence. In this role, you will also mentor engineering staff and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical leadership.

Deliver Results
  • Develop high-quality mechanical engineering designs and specifications aligned with project goals and performance objectives.
  • Utilize advanced design tools such as Revit and AutoCAD to produce accurate and efficient documentation.
  • Lead construction administration activities including RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and technical documentation oversight.
  • Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to define project scope, schedules, and technical strategies.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand project objectives and translate them into actionable engineering solutions.
  • Review complex engineering documentation to ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, and internal quality standards.
