Job description

HVAC Engineer position at large mechanical and plumbing construction company We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth. Responsibilities: Ensure client satisfaction in early phase of upcoming projects.

Review all contract project design, engineering design, for accurate calculations. Work closely with general contractors and owners as well as other sub-contractors and mep-design engineers. Review project specs and identify value engineering opportunities to present to our clients.

Ability to commute to different jobsites, and assist the Project Manager in managing large HVAC construction projects. Requirements: Local Stable work-history. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar in Construction Management is preferred.

3+years of field experience on large HVAC commercial projects ranging from 50k to $30M. Strong software knowledge in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, Trane Trace 700, Revit, among others are a plus. Knowledge in State building and HVAC, among others are a plus.
