THE CLIENT

This particular client is a mid-sized A&E Firm (200 ppl, 50 in ME) who work on a wide variety of projects, including: Healthcare, Education, Science & Technology, Sports stadiums, Mission Critical/ Data Centers, Hi-rise/ multi-unit residential, mixed-use, etc.

OVERVIEW

The ideal Candidate will work on design and development of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, fire protection, and temperature controls systems.

ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES

โ€ข HVAC design (airside, hydronic, steam) for a wide variety of multi-disciplinary project types

โ€ข Ductwork, piping, sizing, fan, pumps, air and water flow, SD, DD, CD

โ€ข Plumbing, Fire Protection and temperature control

โ€ข Equipment sizing and calculations, systems applications, Energy modeling, Ventilation requirements

โ€ข Project Management, Client interface โ€“ client presentations/ review meetings

REQUIRED/ HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar
