My Mechanic is looking for a dedicated, reliable auto mechanic, to work Mon-Friday 8-5. This job requires proficiency in general maintenance, tire replacement, brakes, suspension, warning light diagnostic, light engine repair and general cleanliness of yours and common workspace areas. Reliability and transparency is a must.

We want a good person, as well as someone who knows cars. We pride ourselves in providing the best customer experience as well as actually fixing cars. No pushing un needed services here. We also realize our employees make our business what it is.

My Mechanic is a small independent shop, with a lot of work, and a wonderful owner. More stalls than mechanics. Office staff with over 65 years of experience with parts, dealerships and the independent world. If you are tired of looking for a home away from home to earn your living. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Doing routine automotive maintenance tasks like oil changes and brake inspections
  • Finding and fixing mechanical issues with vehicles
  • Checking work to make sure it meets industry standards
  • Talking to customers to give service advice and recommendations
  • Handling fleet maintenance for commercial vehicles

Skills You Need:

  • Experience with brake systems and suspensions
  • Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair techniques
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
  • Attention to detail and ability to do quality control inspections
  • Using hand tools and doing preventive maintenance tasks

Extra Skills That Would Be Great:

  • Experience with electrical systems and hydraulics
  • Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
