As a Coach, you’ll lead dynamic group workouts, motivate members, and help create a supportive fitness environment that keeps people coming back.
Role Overview
As an Alpha Fit Club Coach, you are responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging group workouts while ensuring every member gets the attention and motivation they need. You’ll lead by example, bring energy to every session, and help members push past their limits in a safe and effective way.
Key Responsibilities

Class Execution & Coaching
  • Lead high-energy, structured group workouts with confidence
  • Provide clear instructions, modifications, and corrections as needed
  • Maintain an upbeat, motivating atmosphere while ensuring proper form and technique
  • Adapt coaching styles to engage members of all fitness levels
Member Experience & Community Building
  • Build relationships with members and create a strong sense of community
  • Provide encouragement and accountability to help members reach their goals
  • Welcome and onboard new members to ensure a seamless transition into classes
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented studio environment
Operational Support
  • Arrive early to set up equipment and ensure a smooth class flow
  • Keep the studio organized and maintain cleanliness before and after classes
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to improve member experience
  • Assist with studio events, community outreach, and special programs
Qualifications & Skills
  • Prior experience coaching group fitness, personal training, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of functional training and movement mechanics
  • High-energy, engaging personality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and connect with members of all fitness levels
  • Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
  • Certified in CPR/AED (or willing to obtain)
  • Nationally recognized fitness certification preferred (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
Schedule & Availability
  • Part-time positions available
  • Must be available for early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
