We’re seeking a hands-on leader to oversee the mechanical build and installation of complex machine tool systems. As our Mechanical Build Supervisor, you’ll act as a subject matter expert, guiding assembly teams through daily operations with clear communication, coaching, and technical know-how. You’ll assign tasks based on team strengths and project priorities, ensure accurate time tracking in our ERP system, and foster a collaborative, accountable work environment. From troubleshooting mechanical issues to developing procedures and training plans, you’ll be at the center of driving quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years leading and supervising toolmakers, machine builders, or similar skilled professionals
  • Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements.  Weld systems knowledge is a plus.
  • Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment: This position operates in both an office and a shop/plant environment, may be required to work at multiple facilities depending on workload.

Work type & Expected hours of work:   Regularly works on-site at local Paslin location, either Hoover, 10-Mile or Cherry Creek.  Must be flexible to work at any of these three locations as needed for an extended period of time. Typical work schedule for this role is 6am-230pm, Monday to Friday. During critical phases of the project, work hours may flex up to 12 hours per day. This position is for regular, full-time work and may require coming in early, working late, or working on weekends to meet the needs of the business.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and twist. Occasionally required to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs.  This is a safety sensitive role, which includes working around moving equipment and machinery.

Direct Reports: This position is part of the site leadership team and will have direct reports.

Travel: This position requires flexibility to report to multiple Paslin sites. During an installation project this role will require overnight travel to customer sites for periods of up to 12 days at a time over a period of multiple consecutive months.  Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to sites in USA, Canada and Mexico.
