AS A MECHANIC HELPER
You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles and equipment.
MECHANIC HELPER DUTIES INCLUDE
  • Assisting in performing needed repairs and preventive maintenance on vehicles and landscaping equipment and/or any Company facilities
  • Assisting in performing skilled repair or maintenance operations, using equipment such as hand or power tools, hydraulic presses or shears, or welding equipment
  • Following all maintenance policies and procedures
  • Assisting in inspecting, testing, and/or completing work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards or repair requirements
  • Assisting in monitoring tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions

MECHANIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ Years with Diesel/Gas Equipment- Vehicles, Tractors, Mowers, & 2-Cycle Engines
  • Experience in performing a daily inspection on fleet vehicles and landscaping equipment for readiness
