What You'll Do

  • Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and components
  • Braze piping and install refrigeration parts with precision
  • Read wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and compressor documentation
  • Perform QC checks before units move to testing
  • Support testing, start-up, and commissioning of ICE equipment
  • Participate in equipment design, R&D, and continuous improvement projects
  • Assist with equipment installation and field start-up when required
  • Troubleshoot issues early to prevent breakdowns
  • Provide technical training and guidance to team members when needed
  • Take on leadership responsibilities on projects and help support other trades
  • Travel occasionally for testing, installation, commissioning, or warranty work
