• Conduct thorough assessments of clients using digital symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to create tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, minimizing paperwork and streamlining your workflow.
• Formulate mental health diagnoses according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) and develop corresponding treatment strategies.
• Employ therapeutic models including cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy during counseling sessions to facilitate meaningful client progress.
• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to enhance treatment plans and share insights within our supportive community.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based counseling through synchronous live video sessions, focusing on adults grappling with various emotional disorders.

Your work will center on adults facing a diverse range of emotional and psychological challenges. You will be expected to deliver culturally responsive care to all populations, ensuring that individuals from various backgrounds receive the support they need for recovery and growth. • A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or related mental health fields from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An independent license to practice in your state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) with additional state licenses considered a considerable advantage.
• A demonstrated commitment to providing culturally sensitive treatment and the ability to engage with a diverse client population.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and an eagerness to integrate digital solutions into your therapeutic practice.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or utilizing digital tools for therapy is preferred.
