Job description

Essential Duties
  • Assist the kitchen help with the packaging of home bound meals
  • Deliver home bound meals to designated clients in a timely manner
  • Maintain paperwork and documentation of meals delivered. 
  • Return all coolers and containers to appropriate location
  • Report any changes noticed in the home bound client(s) well-being to the immediate supervisor
  • Complete welfare checks on clients as needed per the contract
  • Attend any trainings as directed
  • Individual assignments and responsibilities as directed by the Aging Coordinator, Aging Assistant Director and/or Aging Director
Requirement
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Home Care Training
  • Experience in direct care to the elderly
  • Must have own transportation
  • Valid Driver's license
  • TB skin test
  • Criminal Background check
  • Pre employment drug screen
