Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate travel, handle correspondence, organize meetings, and assist with day-to-day tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Manage personal errands and administrative tasks as required.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders.

Maintain filing systems and organize important documents.

Assist with project coordination and special assignments.

Monitor expenses and prepare expense reports.

Ensure deadlines and priorities are met.

Required Qualifications:
