Job description

Medical Director - Memphis, TN

Job type - Full time

Shift - Flexible

Job Description:

• Directly deliver evidence-based care to patients according to the agreed upon schedule and protocols based on the Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Medical Officer recommendations (at least 70% direct patient care).

• Participate in clinical related data analysis and interpretation, generate, and assess reports to analyze characterization of the patient population, providers, and practice performance

• Performs and documents chart reviews for the assigned providers

• Oversee the activities of providers, including the recruitment, training, and performance processes

• Assist the CMO and CCO in developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to remain compliant with federal and state regulations and codes

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licensed to practice, preferably in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Endocrinology

• Must be an actively practicing MD or DO

• Minimum of 5 years practicing as an MD

• Minimum of 2 years working in a leadership role
