As theSr Managerfor theMTAP Talent Initiative, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategy with McKesson's talent priorities. This position focuses on driving execution, improving processes, and ensuring strategic initiatives deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment:Partner with HR andProgramleadership to translate MTAPobjectivesinto actionable plans that support enterprise talent priorities.

  • Operational Excellence:Coordinate leadership meetings, planning sessions, and MTAP-related events to ensure time is usedeffectivelyand decisions are well-informed.

  • Collaboration:Work across HR teams and partner groups to streamline processes, improve workflows, and remove barriers to execution.

  • Governance & Facilitation:Lead andfacilitateMTAP governance forums, ensuring decisions are clear and aligned with strategic goals.

  • Program Delivery:Manage MTAP initiatives from design through implementation, ensuring milestones aremetand risks are mitigated.

  • Data & Insights:Provide analysis and reporting todemonstrateMTAP impact and inform leadership decisions.

  • Continuous Improvement:Identifyopportunities to enhance processes and drive innovation withintalentstrategy.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Additional Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience witha track recordof leading complex projects.

  • Strong understanding of HR systems and data (Workday experience preferred).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% and work onsite in Las Colinas (Dallas) up to one week per month.

Location

Hybrid: Remote and onsite at Las Colinas, TX.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $110,300 - $183,800
