Job description

Purpose of Position
The MCC Shift Supervisor, Supervises all Fleets within MCC and monitors maintenance events and compliance with NetJets Maintenance Policies, FAA Regulations along with local maintenance regulations. Coordinates aircraft maintenance issues with Maintenance controllers and the Fleet Supervisors. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and all company policies as outlined in the NJA 14 CFR 135 General Maintenance Manual for NetJets aircraft maintenance.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • The MCC Shift Supervisor through constant communication with the assigned maintenance controllers, stays informed of the day-to-day, minute-to-minute operation, including delays, cancellations, and significant events. Follows up on solutions for outstanding aircraft Issues.
  • The MCC Shift Supervisor ensures the on-duty Maintenance Duty Managers are notified of unusual circumstances. Coordinates with the MCC Fleet Supervisor of new problems and status of corrective action plans.
  • The MCC Shift Supervisor performs any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and NetJets Aviation (NJA) objectives.
