White sand beaches on your days off, and real medicine on your days on. A brand new, independent, physician led company, private equity backed, is opening state of the art senior care centers in the Clearwater area and building its founding clinical team now.
The opportunity
  • A brand new, independent company with serious private equity backing
  • State of the art centers built for the way medicine should be practiced
  • Value based care done right: you are paid to keep patients healthy
  • Roughly twelve to sixteen patients a day on a primarily geriatric Medicare Advantage panel, with time to treat the whole person

  • Care for a panel of primarily older adults across acute and chronic conditions
  • Lead comprehensive assessments, preventive care, and chronic disease management that keeps seniors out of the hospital
