Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact corporate finance initiatives including funding strategy, capital structure optimization, and strategic transactions.
  • Develop analytical frameworks supporting capital allocation, funding strategy, valuation, and performance measurement.
  • Support securitization, unsecured funding, liquidity planning, and scenario analysis.
  • Establish governance frameworks, manage timelines, track risks, and ensure delivery against objectives.
  • Drive coordination across Treasury, IR, FP&A, Capital Markets, and business teams.
  • Support development of materials for ALCO, Board, and investor communications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, or strategic finance
  • Deep expertise in securitization, unsecured funding, and liquidity strategy
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence in a matrixed environment and operate with high degree of autonomy.
