What is an MBA Leadership Development Rotation Program?

An MBA Leadership Development Rotation Program is a structured, multi-year program designed by companies to fast-track MBA graduates into leadership roles. Participants rotate through several departments or business units, gaining broad exposure to different functions, projects, and leadership styles. These programs aim to develop strategic, cross-functional leaders by providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
