Job description

  • Relationship development: proactively build and expand a regional network of commercial real estate owners (independent and institutional), capital sources (lenders), and title/closing principles across the Oklahoma City market and surrounding region; cultivate and maintain C-suite relationships with key tenants and prospects to generate new business opportunities and support leasing, acquisitions, and disposition activity.

  • Driving portfolio growth and performance through new investment origination and by sourcing proprietary and off-market opportunities. Developing & executing business development plans to expand the company's relationships.

  • Disciplined execution: Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing strategies, and asset-level business plans- driving underwriting and due diligence, coordinating internal and third-party teams, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely, ROI-focused outcomes aligned with ownership objectives.

Education and License Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or similar required, MBA preferred. Seven years commensurate experience in joint ventures or portfolio acquisitions will be considered in lieu of a degree.

CCM, CPM, SIOR preferred

Technical Skills and Requirements

  • 7+ years relevant experience with joint ventures, portfolio acquisitions, sales-leasebacks, and/or complex lease structures (especially medical or industrial)

  • Relationship-driven originator with disciplined follow-through

  • Ability to lead cross-functional execution (leasing, legal, finance, PM, vendors)
