Berkley Technology Services (BTS) is a technology solution provider for W. R. Berkley Corporation, a Fortune 500 company. They are seeking a Senior Vice President, Business Applications Leader to lead the strategy, execution, and operations of enterprise systems that support core insurance functions, ensuring alignment across business units and driving modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Define and execute the strategic roadmap for business applications aligned to enterprise goals
โ€ข Lead modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, platform optimization, and automation
โ€ข Oversee the full application portfolio (policy, billing, claims, CRM, portals, underwriting tools)
โ€ข Drive large-scale transformation programs, system implementations, and integrations
โ€ข Establish strong governance for project delivery, prioritization, and risk management
