Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Product Marketing to define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Air Enterprise Readiness platform and AI-enabled applications. This leader will be responsible for market positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and driving product adoption within the national security community and branches of the military.
In order to do this job well a candidate must possess deep experience in B2B enterprise software/SaaS marketing, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the U.S. Defense/Federal market and procurement process.
This role is a full-time position located out of our office in Arlington, VA
This role may require up to 15% travel.
Scope of Responsibilities
  • Define and articulate the company's product narratives, value propositions, and market positioning to internal and external audiences.
  • Lead and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansion.
  • Develop comprehensive sales enablement materials, including competitive analysis, battle cards, and presentations for the Air's sales team.
  • Serve as the expert on the Defense Acquisition market, customer segments, and competitor landscape to inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required

Required Skills:
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Director/VP) at a B2B enterprise software or SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of the U.S. Department of War (DoW) or Federal procurement process and defense technology market.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and manage complex GTM initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills:
  • Current possession of a U.S. security clearance, or the ability to obtain one with our sponsorship.
  • Experience in or exposure to the nuances of a startup or other entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience marketing AI/ML-enabled analytics platforms or complex data solutions.
