Position Overview
As Director of Marketing reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for building and executing Ombud's marketing strategy during a transformative growth phase. This hands-on leadership role requires both strategic vision and tactical execution to drive demand generation, establish our market position, and support pipeline creation. You will craft our narrative, build our marketing foundation, and create scalable programs that deliver measurable business results with limited resources.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Pipeline Creation (40%)
  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies
  • Build and optimize lead generation programs driving qualified opportunities
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Create and implement account-based marketing initiatives
  • Own MQL targets and conversion metrics
  • Establish marketing attribution and ROI measurement
  • Drive pipeline growth supporting 40%+ ARR increase
Brand Positioning & Messaging (25%)
  • Define and evolve our market positioning and messaging
