Position Summary:

Requirements:
- Experience with installing and servicing commercial doors and door hardware.
- Familiarity with automatic door systems and access control is a plus but not required.
- Experience in carpentry, framing, and drywall installation.
- General building practice and commercial construction knowledge.
- Experience with both powered and hand tools.
- Strong mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate construction documents and code books (NFPA/IBC/IFC).
- Ability to use computers, tablets, and other technology efficiently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus but not required.
- Must pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Must have a positive and cooperative attitude and excellent attendance.
- Must be able to communicate respectfully and professionally with fellow workers, other MEP tradesmen, inspectors, customers, and the public.
