The Cultivation Technician at LiveHappy, Inc plays an essential role in the daily operations of our cultivation facility. This position involves hands-on work in the growing, maintenance, and harvesting of our cannabis crops. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plant care, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the cultivation department.

Plant Care and Maintenance:

· Assist in all phases of plant cultivation, including pruning, trimming, and transplanting.

· Monitor plants for signs of pests or diseases and report any issues to the Cultivation Supervisor.

· Assist in grow room preparation for transplant.

· Clean and sanitize grow rooms and equipment to ensure a sterile growing environment.

Harvesting:

· Participate in the harvesting process, including cutting, hanging and drying of crops.

· Ensure all harvested products are stored and handled properly.

· Assist in the moving of crops as part of the harvesting process.

· Assist in the post-harvest cleanout of the grow rooms.

Record Keeping:

· Accurately document cultivation activities and observations, following company policies and compliance regulations.

· Assist in the tracking of inventory and supplies related to cultivation.

· Maintain progress records of daily tasks for performance and KPI reporting.

Team Collaboration:

· Work closely with other cultivation team members, contributing positively to the team environment.

· Follow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately and consistently.

· Occasionally assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; some horticulture/agriculture education or experience preferred.

· Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods.
