Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an experienced Maximo Infrastructure Engineer in Armonk, NY.
Summary:
This hands-on role will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting the infrastructure that enables a secure, scalable, and highly available Maximo environment. The Engineer will partner with application, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams throughout implementation and production readiness.
Responsibilities:
* Deploy and configure Company Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9 and Maximo Manage
* Install and administer MAS on Red Hat OpenShift running in Microsoft Azure
* Configure networking, storage, load balancers, certificates, and identity providers (LDAP/AD, SSO)
* Support database connectivity (Db2, SQL Server, or Oracle) and platform components including MongoDB and Suite License Service
* Perform infrastructure sizing, performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and high availability planning
* Automate deployments using Ansible, scripting, or Infrastructure as Code
* Document architecture, deployment procedures, and operational standards
* Support MAS upgrades and migrations from Maximo 7.6 to MAS
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of infrastructure engineering experience
* Hands-on experience implementing Company Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x/9.x
* Strong Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes administration experience
* Experience deploying and supporting enterprise applications in Microsoft Azure
* Experience with Db2, SQL Server, or Oracle databases
* Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or Ansible
* Linux (RHEL) administration expertise
* Knowledge of enterprise networking, storage, SSL/TLS, load balancing, and Azure infrastructure services
* Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation skills
Preferred:
* Maximo, Red Hat OpenShift, or Microsoft Azure certifications
* MAS 9 implementation or migration experience
* Azure DevOps, Terraform, Git, Prometheus, Grafana, Company Cloud Pak, and Kafka/Event Streams
* Experience supporting utilities or other asset-intensive industries
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
