Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
* Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution of field-based projects
* Coordinate project timelines, resources, deliverables, and documentation
* Participate in project planning and design meetings, providing recommendations to improve project efficiency and outcomes
* Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, resource constraints, and operational challenges
* Assist in resolving project issues and escalate concerns when necessary
* Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum and workflow efficiency
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
* Meeting minutes
* Status reports
* Project proposals
* Change documentation
* Client communications
* Track project expenses and support budget monitoring activities
* Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
* Maintain accurate and organized project records throughout the project lifecycle
* Travel to project sites as needed (approximately 5-10%) to support field coordination activities and catastrophic turbine assessments
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, Operations Coordination, Construction Coordination, or a related field
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated experience supporting project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Experience supporting field teams, construction projects, industrial operations, utilities, energy projects, or related environments
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience using Smartsheet for project scheduling and tracking
* Experience with SAP
* Experience with IBM Maximo
* Background supporting construction, energy, utility, industrial, infrastructure, or field service projects
* Familiarity with contractor coordination and field operations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
