Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Asset Data & Integration Analyst in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and ongoing maintenance of system data flows aligned to core business processes, coordinating with consultants for Asset Data Model enhancements, Maximo-SAP integration, and Maximo component usage for failure reporting and RCM, while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles
* Own the execution and sustainability of metrics and analytics to track progress on asset data collection, including definition, monitoring, and reporting of KPIs for data completeness, accuracy, and quality
* Partner with the Quality team to develop sustainable process maps, standards, and procedures that enable PGD to sustain and scale the asset management program
* Develop clear, actionable technical instructions and support data interface design and integration requirements in collaboration with System Integrators and PGD business stakeholders
* Support configuration and use of the Asset Data Model (ADM) tool in alignment with onboarding initiatives to generate standardized asset data structures
* Partner with IT to support data loads into Maximo environments, resolve system access requirements, and enable effective deployment mechanisms
* Produce training materials and support change management activities to drive adoption, consistency, and operational readiness
* Coordinate and support system, integration, and stakeholder testing for Maximo enhancements and asset data model changes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience, preferably with IBM Maximo and related integrations (e.g., SAP)
* Strong understanding of asset data models, data governance, and data quality concepts
* Experience supporting system integrations and data interfaces in multi-vendor environments
* Ability to define, track, and report KPIs and analytics related to data completeness, accuracy, and performance
* Process mapping and documentation skills, including development of sustainable procedures and standards
* Experience supporting testing activities (system, integration, and user/stakeholder testing)
* Change management and training documentation experience for enterprise system rollouts
* Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across IT, vendors, and business stakeholders
* Comfort operating in a support and enablement role within complex, long-running programs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
