We are seeking a Technical Program Lead & Solution Architect – IBM Maximo to lead large-scale EAM transformation programs, define enterprise asset management strategies, architect complex Maximo/MAS solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines deep IBM Maximo and MAS expertise with strong program leadership, enterprise architecture, and client‑facing consulting experience to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes.

Your role

Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions across complex Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) environments.

Serve as the technical lead for EAM, application architecture, integrations, data management, cloud deployments, and operational business processes.

Architect and oversee integrations between Maximo and enterprise systems, including ERP, GIS, HR, financial, and IoT platforms.

Define and implement data governance, master data management, data migration, and data quality strategies to support successful transformation initiatives.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross‑functional teams while conducting architecture reviews, design workshops, and governance sessions.

Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, aligning Maximo solutions with strategic objectives and driving executive‑level engagement.

Lead large‑scale EAM transformation programs, managing scope, budget, schedules, resources, risks, quality, and overall delivery.

Establish governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, KPI tracking, and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and business outcomes.

Oversee project planning, financial management, issue resolution, vendor relationships, and contractual deliverables.

Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence while driving continuous improvement across EAM programs.

Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR Equivalent work experience
  • 10 + years of architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x.
  • Strong understanding of Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions with red hat OpenShift.
  • Exposure to infrastructure set-up for MAS (Maximo Application Suite).
  • Experience with large‑scale EAM transformation programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 82,082 - 179,088. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
