Job description

Job Summary (Maximo Business Manager)
- Lead implementation and ongoing support of Siemens Energy’s new IBM Maximo MAS 9 for customers in North and Latin America.
- Manage strategic software initiatives, retiring legacy CMMS applications and introducing industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, data analytics, vendors, and service providers.
- Support operating plants by providing EAM, process, and information systems assistance to improve safety, reliability, availability, and efficiency.
- Drive adoption of MAS package to deliver plant data and reporting solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on CMMS/EAM strategies, focusing on IBM Maximo in plant or fleet environments.
- Participate in solution identification and decision-making for new software implementations.
- Interpret and analyze data related to plant component maintenance strategies.
- Serve as a key member of a start-up business focused on expanding CMMS services in the Americas.
- Work onsite in Orlando, FL and report to the Engineering Manager, North America.
- Required: BA/BS or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or computer science; deep experience with IBM Maximo and CMMS/EAM; understanding of power plants/industrial equipment maintenance; strong data analysis skills.
