IBM Maximo Developer

Sacramento, CA

What's the Job?

Configure and customize IBM Maximo modules to meet specific business requirements, including workflow configuration, screen customization, and data integration.

Develop and maintain Maximo applications, utilizing scripting, automation, and integrations with Maximo's development tools such as Application Designer, Automation Scripts, TRM Rules Manager, Java, SQL, and Oracle.

Participate in Maximo patching and upgrade projects, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal operational disruption.

Provide technical support for Maximo users, diagnosing and resolving system issues, and performing root cause analysis.

Manage and maintain Maximo data integrity, perform data migrations, and develop reports and ad hoc queries to support business needs.

What's Needed?

Proven experience as an IBM Maximo consultant or contractor with deep technical expertise in Maximo modules such as Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory Management, and Procurement.

Strong knowledge of transportation and utilities industry solutions, including Spatial add-on capabilities.

Proficiency in Maximo configuration and customization, including application designer, database configuration, workflows, security, and related capabilities.

Experience with Maximo development technologies, including Automation Scripts (Python, Jython, JavaScript) and TRM Rules Manager.

Solid understanding of SQL and database management systems, particularly Oracle and SQL Server, along with experience developing integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
