Job Title: IBM Maximo Lead Technical Consultant

Location: Calgary, Canada (Hybrid – open for remote also)

Term: Contract


Job Summary-- Seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Lead Technical Consultant with expertise in the Utilities industry to lead and deliver end-to-end Maximo Application Suite solutions on OpenShift platforms.


Job Description

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience.
  • Strong background in the Utilities sector Electric Gas Water or Energy.
  • Proven expertise as a technical consultant and functional lead developer.
  • Extensive experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite MAS including Application Resource Optimizer ARO.
  • Skilled in Red Hat OpenShift platform administration and deployment.
  • Experience leading complete Maximo implementations upgrades or transformations.
  • Deep knowledge of Maximo configuration customization integrations and workflow development.
  • Proficient with Maximo Integration Framework MIF Automation Scripts Java jython scripting REST SOAP integrations.
  • Solid database knowledge including Oracle SQL Server and DB2.
  • Ability to translate business and operational requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Preferred experience managing offshore and onshore development teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native deployments containerized environments DevOps and CICD pipelines for MAS OpenShift.
  • Strong communication stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
  • IBM Maximo certifications is a plus.
