MathWorks is hiring a Principal Strategy & OperationsBusiness Partner to help lead the evolution of our $1B+ Enterprise segment (customers ranging from $500K-$50M ARR).
In this highly visible role, you'll partner directly with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success (CS) leadership and key stakeholders to design how we operate, scale, and grow our largest customers - shaping segmentation, coverage models, and growth strategy as we evolve to a revenue operations mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of GTM strategy, Customer Success, and selling models
  • Define enterprise segmentation & tiering
  • Design territories and coverage models (Sales + CS)
  • Lead capacity planning and resource allocation
  • Drive annual planning and growth strategy
  • Improve NRR, expansion, and customer outcomes
  • Deliver analysis, executive insights, and recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally across Sales, CS, Marketing, Pricing & Licensing, Finance, HR

Minimum Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in GTM Strategy, RevOps, or Sales Strategy
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS/software environments
  • Experience designing and implementing GTM, Sales and CS models
  • Strong background in segmentation, territory design, and planning
  • Data driven, with excellent analytical, and financial modeling skills
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change across the organization
  • Finance experience or MBA preferred
