Job Responsibilities

  • Teach and tutor in-center, online, or via hybrid instruction using the Mathnasium Method
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide individualized instruction in a group setting
  • Assess student learning progress and engagement during sessions
  • Become proficient with digital educational tools and processes
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging learning environment
Qualifications

  • Passion for math and working with students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and receive training
  • Solid math competency through at least Algebra I (higher levels preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Additional Requirements:

  • All applicants must take a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency
