Join the Craft: Jewelry Shop Tech

Do you have fine-motor precision, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for hands-on crafting?

We are hiring a full-time, hourly Jewelry Shop Tech to play a crucial role in creating, finishing, and packaging our exquisite jewelry collections. If you enjoy working with specialized equipment and delicate hand assembly in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Operate Automated Machinery: Run and monitor automated machinery used in jewelry manufacturing, performing routine checks and adjustments for optimal output.

Precision Assembly Support: Use small hand tools with accuracy to set stones, attach clasps, and join components following detailed assembly instructions and diagrams.

Quality & Packaging: Inspect assembled pieces for defects, and ensure finished products are carefully boxed, labeled, and wrapped to brand standards.

Maintain Standards: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety practices while reporting any quality issues directly to leadership. What We’re Looking For

Experience: High school diploma or GED with at least 6 months of prior experience or training in a production environment (machine shop or metal fabrication background is desirable).

Technical & Math Aptitude: Solid foundation in basic math (decimals, fractions, and standard units of measurement) and strong attention to detail. Experience with work order or inventory software is a plus.

Communication & Mindset: Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members across departments.

Physical Requirements: Strong fine motor skills, depth perception, close vision, and the ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hours a day (occasionally up to 12 hours) and lift up to 40–50 lbs regularly.

Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as production needs require. Position
