Job description

Summary: Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified On-Site Team Lead to support the U.S. Army's Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) G-3 mission at Fort Benning, GA. The G-3 organization encompasses multi-functional services, with numerous locations across Fort Benning

Critical G-3 functions include: Management: Installation Training Management/Centralized Taskings Planning and scheduling: Air Operations; Ceremonies and special events; Staff Inspection Program; Long Range Planning Calendar and the Digital Training Management System. Other Support: Strategic Analysis Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the performance of the work and serve as a corporate-level point of contact. Shall have full authority to act for the company on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.

Shall be available on site, between 0800 and 1700, Monday through Friday. Provide management and supervision of contractor support to the following tasks: Air Operations Planning Strategic Analysis Tenant Central Tasking Office (CTO) & Tasking Operations Orders (OPORDS) Ceremonies/Events Scheduling Staff Inspection Program (SIP) Scheduling Long Range Planning Calendar (LRPC) Coordination Army Training Requirements and Resources (ATRRS) AdministrationRequired Qualifications: Must possess the following general skills with, knowledge of, and abilities in: General office equipment (computer, copier, telephone, printer, fax, etc.) Microsoft Office products and their use Army policies, procedures, protocol Possess 24 semester hours in mathematical, engineering, and/or quantitative analysis courses. Possess 15 or more years cost analysis, budget, manpower or similar experience

Five years or more in leadership or supervisory role (e.g., military senior enlisted or officer, or corporate management position). Experience/knowledge in Human Resource functions (time accounting, basic benefits, etc.) Proven communication skills, both written and oral.
