Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop curriculum materials according to requirements and guidelines
Write copy, proofread, ensure editorial excellence throughout development of product
Handle multiple projects paying close attention to priority and tight deadlines
Maintain up-to- date knowledge of educational trends and practices
Work with teachers and principals to collect curriculum feedback and incorporate it in the curriculum
Observe work of teaching staff to evaluate use and quality of curriculum instruction
Teach classes to maintain intimate knowledge of methodology and education process
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Math Education
K-12 classroom teaching experience
Exceptional written and verbal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Experience in education publishing industry is highly preferred
