Job description

'          Safely perform a variety of assembly operations, complying with all environmental, health and safety policies and procedures

'         Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment following established Standard Operating Procedures

'         Assist with line set ups, start up and maintaining a clean and orderly work area

'         Maintain quality standards as described in the quality system by visually inspect parts, components and subassemblies

'         Recognize and solve minor problems that arise

'         Perform any necessary material handling requirements of the job

'         Perform other duties that may be assigned
 


'         Ability to perform basic math ' add, subtract, multiply whole numbers, fractions and decimals

'         Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement

'         Strong attention to detail

'         Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge

'         Ability to read and understand procedure, routers and instruction

'         Flexibility in work assignments

'         Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change

'         Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
 

Physical Requirements:

'         Must be able to continuously perform grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking

'         Must be able to handle continuous standing 8-10 hours daily

'         Must be able to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.

'         Must be able to work daily, weekly overtime and weekend as required
Salary:

'         Pay starts at $19.00 plus shift premium totaling $21.50

'         Eligible for annual bonuses
