Job description

Title: Supply Chain Intern

Location: Pompano Beach, FL - HYBRID

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

THE POSITION: Supply Chain Intern will be responsible for assisting relevant project teams to ensure that manufacturing BOM accurately reflects what is required for production, logistics, and material control purposes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze gathered information & data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics & comparative analysis), diagnostic analytics (root cause analysis, gap analysis), predictive and prescriptive analytics (data interpretation, data correlation, forecasting with the use of advanced statistical tools, hypothesis testing)
  • Regularly update and maintain dashboards, graphs, tables, and charts in Excel to ensure data is current and accurate.
    • Track KPIs and report on the supply chains performance.
    • Continuously monitor data to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
  • Present findings to stakeholders by creating engaging presentations and clearly written documents incorporating compelling storytelling and visualization best practices.
  • Help design, document, and maintain business and system processes.
  • Analyze data to identify problematic areas and make recommendations to improve system design/use.
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
