Job Summary
Under the direction of the Principal, oversee, coordinate, organize and perform the day-to-day secretarial functions at the principal's office; serve as contact between students, staff, parents, District personnel and the community. School terminology, practices, and procedures. Operation of computer, common, and specialized software. Receptionist and telephone techniques and etiquette. The right candidate will understand confidentiality, and will have a calm, approachable and friendly demeanor. He or she will have a strong work ethic and effective written and verbal communication skills.
