Job Summary

The Finished Goods Clerk is responsible for pulling customer sales orders from finished goods inventory in a timely manner. Ensures all finished goods are stored in the proper inventory locations in the warehouse. Monitors and maintains an accurate and up-to-date inventory.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Put all finished goods into inventory as per its assigned locations.
  • Pull domestic, international, and subsidiary sales orders from inventory.
  • Perform inventory transactions on the computer system.
  • Maintain FIFO system in finished goods to ensure inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Transport finished goods between buildings.
  • Answer telephone and email inquiries.
  • Keep warehouse area clean, neat and organized.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested by customers and/ or management.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, college degree in related area preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administration function, preferably in inventory or sales-related work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Good mechanical and administration skills.
  • Ability to lead; can give and take direction.
  • Ability to deal with minor problems involving equipment or various situations.
