Job Title: Materials Handler

Job Description

As a Materials Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and delivering supplies to various areas within the hospital. This role is crucial to maintaining the efficient operation of hospital supply systems.

Responsibilities

  • Receive freight at the stockroom and accurately scan inventory into the system.
  • Stock hospital supplies in the stockroom with precision and attention to detail.
  • Fulfill orders from different wings, floors, and divisions of the hospital using handheld devices.
  • Pick orders using carts, place items into totes, and deliver them to the corresponding areas.
  • Interact with patients, doctors, nurses, and stockroom employees throughout the hospital.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with stock management and inventory systems.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems for tracking and labeling.
  • Ability to operate handheld scanners effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills in picking, packing, and loading tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
