Operations Manager — Manufacturing
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help lead and scale a growing manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for someone who has built teams, improved processes, and created structure in a smaller-company environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and materials operations.
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory, and production scheduling.
  • Build and develop accountable, high-performing teams.
  • Drive Lean and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Quality, and IT to support growth.
  • Use ERP/MRP systems to improve planning, inventory, and performance.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
  • Background in fabrication, welding, assembly, or engineered-to-order manufacturing preferred.
  • Proven experience improving or scaling manufacturing operations.
  • Strong purchasing, inventory, and supply-chain knowledge.
  • ERP/MRP experience required; NetSuite preferred.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on people, accountability, and results.

Compensation & Benefits
