About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a Product Management Associate to join their growing team. As the organization continues to expand both existing products currently in market and new offerings under development, they are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to help operationalize, commercialize, and scale product initiatives. The ideal candidate brings foundational product management experience, strong project coordination skills, and a self-starter mindset. Key Responsibilities:- Support product management initiatives across existing and emerging product offerings
- Gather, organize, and document product requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
- Create and maintain product documentation, workflows, processes, FAQs, and internal resources
- Assist with product commercialization and go-to-market activities
- Coordinate projects across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business teams
- Track deliverables, timelines, risks, and action items across multiple workstreams
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, training resources, and product playbooks
- Help operationalize new products and initiatives by building scalable processes and documentation
- Conduct market and competitive research to support product strategy and positioning
- Support product launch activities and ongoing product enhancements
- Facilitate communication and alignment among internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and team effectiveness
Required Qualifications:- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Commercialization, or a related field
- Experience within a B2B software, information services, SaaS, or similar environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting products through commercialization, launch, or go-to-market initiatives
- Strong experience creating documentation, workflows, processes, or operational frameworks
- Ability to gather information from multiple stakeholders and translate it into actionable deliverables
- Excellent project coordination and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
- Comfortable operating in evolving environments with limited structure
Preferred Qualifications:- Product launch experience
- Sales enablement experience
- Exposure to pricing and packaging strategies
- Product marketing experience
- Contracting or commercialization support experience
- Experience creating training materials, FAQs, or customer-facing resources
